π CMP Out-of-School Youth (OSY) Program Reunion β Celebrating Growth and New Beginnings
On Saturday, December 20, 2025, CMP proudly hosted an Out-of-School Youth Program (now known as Train & Earn Program) Reunion at our Chinatown center, bringing together program alumni, instructors, and staff for a meaningful day of reconnection and reflection.
β¨ Highlights from the Reunion:
π Alumni Stories: Graduates shared how the Train & Earn Program (formerly Out-of-School Youth, OSY) helped transform their paths β from building confidence and job skills to pursuing higher education and meaningful careers.
π€ Networking & Reconnection: Participants reconnected with instructors and fellow alumni, celebrating their achievements and growth.
π‘ About the Train & Earn Program:
π©βπ For ages 16β24: Designed to empower young adults.
π» Skill-building: Includes computer literacy, English as a Second Language (ESL), college and scholarship application support, and financial literacy.
π Full-time schedule: 5 days/week, 9 AMβ4 PM, with hands-on training.
πΌ Paid internship: 175-hour opportunity to gain real-world experience and work toward self-sufficiency.
π Impact:
Since its inception, CMPβs Train & Earn Program has empowered thousands of graduates to enroll in college and enter diverse career fields across New York City.
