🎓 CMP Out-of-School Youth (OSY) Program Reunion — Celebrating Growth and New Beginnings

On Saturday, December 20, 2025, CMP proudly hosted an Out-of-School Youth Program (now known as Train & Earn Program) Reunion at our Chinatown center, bringing together program alumni, instructors, and staff for a meaningful day of reconnection and reflection.

Highlights from the Reunion:

  • 🎓 Alumni Stories: Graduates shared how the Train & Earn Program (formerly Out-of-School Youth, OSY) helped transform their paths — from building confidence and job skills to pursuing higher education and meaningful careers.

  • 🤝 Networking & Reconnection: Participants reconnected with instructors and fellow alumni, celebrating their achievements and growth.

💡 About the Train & Earn Program:

  • 👩‍🎓 For ages 16–24: Designed to empower young adults.

  • 💻 Skill-building: Includes computer literacy, English as a Second Language (ESL), college and scholarship application support, and financial literacy.

  • 🕘 Full-time schedule: 5 days/week, 9 AM–4 PM, with hands-on training.

  • 💼 Paid internship: 175-hour opportunity to gain real-world experience and work toward self-sufficiency.

🌆 Impact:
Since its inception, CMP’s Train & Earn Program has empowered thousands of graduates to enroll in college and enter diverse career fields across New York City.
