Broadway Careers Workshop on April 17
On Thursday, April 17, 2025, CMP hosted a Broadway Careers Workshop featuring Baayork Lee, the renowned actress, dancer, choreographer, director, and Tony Award recipient.
While acting may not be the most traditional path for many Asian American youth, more and more are stepping up to explore the performing arts and break new ground. We're proud to partner with Baayork Lee to inspire, encourage, and support the next generation of AAPI talent on and off the stage.
27 participants gained valuable insights into preparing for a Broadway career, crafting standout theater resumes, audition and interview techniques, and effective networking strategies. The session concluded with an engaging live Q&A, allowing attendees to interact directly with Baayork.
