With 25 legislative meetings scheduled and a press conference with over 300 community members represented, we advocated with over 45 APA serving or APA led organizations to ensure budget equity for the largest growing population in NYC!

Partnering with Asian Youth Center, YWCA of Queens, we together organized and held a Career Forum on Civil Service jobs on this past Sunday, Feb. 10th at FUMC in Flushing (후러싱제일교회). Over 140 participants attended the forum and got useful tips and help in navigating and applying for civil service jobs.
To celebrate Lunar New Year 2019, CMP will have an early closing on Monday, 2/4/19, at 1 PM, and will also be closed on Tuesday, 2/5/19. We will resume regular business hours on Wednesday, 2/6/19.
We are very happy and honored to welcome Ms. Elizabeth Lee as a return member to CMP Board of Directors. We believe Elizabeth and her more than 20 years of retail banking, wealth management, and small business experience and expertise will again become a valuable asset to CMP, our services and the community.
It’s with regret that we announce Mr. James Liu has officially resigned from his seat on Board of Directors of CMP as he wished to spend more time on his business venture. James has been a wonderful asset to CMP and has played a significant role in the organization’s strategic and policy oversight and development direction. While we will miss James, we sincerely thank him for his great contributions and wish him all the best for his future endeavors!

Congratulations to the winners of our 6th Annual Kid’s Drawing Contest! Look at all these beautiful and creative drawings!
This year we received a total of 420 submissions from the 5 boroughs of NYC, Long Island, New Jersey and Hong Kong, China, among which 90 drawings were chosen as winners. Themes for this contest were "Our Life”, “Chinatown in My Eye” and “Happy Moon Festival”.
