Mid-Career

Career Advancement Program (CAP)

We have successfully wrapped up this year’s Career Advancement Program (CAP) on Saturday, June 24th, at NBCUniversal!

The CAP took place from May 24th through June 24nd. During the immensely inspiring 5-week program, our program participants who are working professionals aiming to advance their careers in or switch career direction to Corporate America, have received lots of invaluable career advice and guidance from our corporate volunteer speakers and mentors in self-discovery and assessment, building their own brand, improving soft skills, job discovery and advancement, and tips to develop networking skills and expand professional network.

Many THANKS to our amazing volunteer speakers and mentors who were so generous and enthusiastic in offering their career development advices!

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to PwC and NBCUniversal for warmly hosting session #1 on May 24th and session #5 on June 24th, respectively! Your support was much appreciated!
